GL1200 Trunk Arm Rests

I have a pair of passenger arm rests of the variety that mounts on the trunk. One has a metal disk bolted to the bottom, the other doesn't have any metal on the bottom other than a grommet. Are they a pair or were there two styles of those arm rests? They were bought for my 1200 but I never put them on. Maybe they aren't even for a 1200.

Anyone have an opinion on these?

Anyone interested in buying them?

They are exactly like those on my '85 GL1200A, metal bottom one is on left .... except mine does not have the brown spot or rust hole in it?

I know "Wife Unit" has used a water bottle in a insulated cover in that one with a hose to sip on in the early years of ownership.

No hole there. Just some surface rust and peeling paint.

Maybe someone's "Wife Unit's" water bottle leaked a little or a cold water bottle might create some condensation that lead to the rust.

My 84 GL1200 left pocket had a plastic plate in the bottom with a slide sw and a couple of electrical plugin sockets........as best as I recall. Always thought it was for an intercom hook-pp.

It's a Passenger intercom controller. Mine had a light in the controller.
