Lower cowl lights

So I want to put in those nice corner lights in the bottom of the cowling.

I bought them off of eBay, but it doesn't seem like there is any mounting brackets to attach them\hold them in place.

Any good ideas out there on how to hold them in?

It's a 93 aspencade!

Thanks guys!

Did you buy OEM or aftermarket? If they are aftermarket there should be 2 pull springs ea, (and some install directions) after you cut open the cowling, they go crossed over the fixture (forming an X) to hold them in place (the cut out is smaller tha the ligths)

And still riding...
I just regrets the things I haven't done.

There are no OEM cornering lights for the Aspencade. The only option is aftermarket.

The fairing lower cover for the Aspencade and the SE are different (where the cornering lights mount). The SE has tabs for screws to mount the cornering lights. There are no tabs on the Aspencade. BTDT.....!

All years of SE's (1990 - 1997) came from the assembly plant with cornering lights. The Aspencade did not have cornering lights.

All years of SE's (1998 - 2000) came from the assembly plant with accessory lights (not cornering lights) in that position. The Aspencade did not have accessory lights.

Most aftermarket cornering lights are made by "Add On" or "Show Chrome".
