Just use the T5 and ride it like you stole it,
An old mechanic told me once,what makes a motor last is getting the oil plug out on a regular basis.

My philosophy on oil is any oil is better than no oil. Friction modifiers may cause clutch slippage, I am not going to be the one to find out.

As I recall, it's not all addirtives in oils that are detrimental to the clutch, it's MOLY that is bad.


Like oils that say "Moly Fortified" for example.

Step 1. Drain oil
Step 2. Change filter
Step3 Add Rotello T5 oil
Step 4 Ride till itís time to go to Step 1 again

You are talking about the 10/30 Rotella T5 right .Does that have the JASO ,MA in it for the clutch

Yep,or 10/40 in warmer climate.its got it all ,I think so.,runs fine in mine and I step on mine in Fort Worth traffic.
