Clutch question -1975 GL1000

Hello again.
I am currently doing a full rebuild of my GL1000 project and today have found a possible issue with the clutch.
I have removed the outer cover and actuator to find scoring marks on the casing, that appear to be from the clutch bolts?
As far as I can tell all components are correct and working as they should, but any advice would be gratefully received!
Thanks in advance.
Ian

You think maybe in a previous life one of the bolts backed out?

With no God over the state, the state then becomes not the defender of liberty but the definer of liberty.

Someone had a bad day long long ago in a distant past life.

Thanks for the replies, must admit I never thought about it being 'old' damage!
I feel much happier now
