Beyond the switch actually. The short in the right rear where the wire was burned is the obvious place to look, as was already mentioned.

Well I did a little tracing of the wires. It seems the previous owner hot wired the damn thing by passing the fuse box completely. Why someone would do that is be on me.Does anyone have a picture of the starter relay on how it should be wired? I need to start from there.

This should help you out. You do still need to fix the short in the RR turn signal.
