This is a little confusing. Are you talking about the entire housing? and what screw is stripped. Or is it just the mirror glass part) inside the housing.

Need to know exactly what screw stripped. The "phillips" screw holding the mirror in, or the two that mount the assembly to the bike?

Unfortunately, if it is just the mirror and glass assembly alone, it is not procurable separately from any parts house. You will have to get it from a dismantler or private individual that has replaced his mirrors with aftermarket mirrors like the Muth Mirrors.

I had the same problem with the mirror on my Nissan Altima, and it was such a nightmare to find the glass part itself...long sotryshort, I had to buy the entire unit.
