Taxi tire arrived. Looks pretty nice. I found a deal on a Bridgestone 709 for the front. I'll try that combo for a while to see if I like it.
Right now I'm cleaning up the front wheel with some Boms-Away that I have had on the shelf. It's amazing how that stuff cuts through the oxidation.
How someone can let the wheels get so bad is beyond me.

Are you going to use dyna beads or static weights? If you go with the beads, be careful not to slosh a bunch of bead lubricant inside the tire, it could cause the beads to clump up. They're very small little guys. After seating the bead, I had to let the air out of the tire so I can get it past the final drive. Some people don't. Not sure why that is but ya never know. You may experience a little bit of a new feeling when going into long turns. This will pass once you get used to it.

Gonna start with the static weights. Not worried about the handling as it's a sidecar rig. However I do run a CT on my 1800 and love it.

Sorry, plumb forgot you had a sidecar. Those don't do a lot of leaning in the curves, do they.
