It would only be the switch if BOTH grips wouldn't turn off.

With no God over the state, the state then becomes not the defender of liberty but the definer of liberty.

Hello all, just a quick update. I found the two wires from the left grip under the handlebar so I removed the little metal plate that holds the wires, brake line and such. I unplugged the wires and did a quick continuity check and it was just a few ohms as I remember. One of the wires had some darkened spots on both terminal ends inside the clear plastic connector cover. The dark spots looked more like old and discolored plastic but I suppose they could have been burn spots where the metal plate was touching them? Anyway I put it back together and have taken a couple of rides and both grips turn on and off and appear to be working normal.
