Power Outlet for 2017 'wing

Can anyone tell me if there is enough room behind the right top shelter panel to install a power outlet/cigarette lighter plug? Want to power optional electronics.

Might have to go that route. Are those from 12vtechnology?

Whoops, I just noticed you are down under. Not sure if that company ships there or not.

Here is where I put my Powerlet plug on my 2012. It uses a different type of plug than a cig lighter plug. It locks in place. Some of the cheap lighter plugs will work their way out of the outlet from vibration. I have the Powerlet plug on my heated jacket and one on my battery tender. I do have an adapter with a lighter plug so I can hook up my tire pump.

It is a 15 amp outlet that is hooked directly up to the battery.

Both those suggestions look like they may be even better than what I was looking for. Putting the plug down where I was thinking may cause the cord(s) to rub the painted plastic, so these are great options.
