2012 radio “pop”

This just started a few weeks ago. When I turn the key on, there’s a loud pop from the speakers. It happens a few times, then stops. The presets are all lost but everything works fine...until the next time I turn on the key. The clock doesn’t lose time. Any ideas on what the problem might be? Thanks.

I don't know if the clock is on the same fuse as the radio presets are or not.

but it sounds like the Backup Memory fuse is open.

Is the A SEL button pushed? This can cause strange problems.

Thanks for the help. The issue has been solved though I’m not quite sure how. It may have been the A Sel button but I can’t replicate the problem. All is well again.
