do anyone knows where the proportioning control valve is and how hard is to take it off,

Fgllow the short line that goes from the master to the rear. You should see it mounted to the frame. After 36 years it is hard to guess how difficult it might be to remove. Why are you removing it?

It may be difficult with the exhaust and gas tank in the way. I haven't tried.
