I don't see where that shirt is connected to golf. Just because a lot of golfers wear polo shirts doesn't mean the thing have become golf shirts. Polo, though using a ball like golf is a real game, lots of adrenaline and danger. Golf might be interesting only if you played it in Florida in lightning storms.

I don't know why you call that style of shirt a "polo" shirt or "golf" shirt, everyone knows that it is a tennis shirt.
