I've been on for awhile now and I remember when I first joined I tryed to upload a couple photos in the gallery as someone requested.

If my memory serves me right, I got a message saying the file was two big. So, not knowing what to do about it, I left it and never went back till now.

It says "Images in your queue,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,2.

Ok,,,,,,what is a "queue" ?? And do I have to remove something before I try to load any other pics?

I really really suc at this stuff,,,often need someone to point at the buttons I'm suppose to push

The things I liked,,,,I\'ve tried em twice!

I haven't experienced that message, despite being brain dead at doing things like uploading pictures, so hopefully someone will be along soon to explain you out of that problem.

Look forward to seeing the pics when you finally get them there mate.

Pete

If my memory is right you have 3mb of space in your gallery. So your picture will need to be under 3mb to upload. 3mb for one picture is way too big anyway for the web, mostmembers resize them down sothey can fit 20 or 30 smaller pictures in the gallery.

Winger77 - try using a program like "INFRANVIEW" to resize your pic's. it's a free download & easy to figure out. Take them down to around 400 x600 to start.

I think a "queue" is a sort of staging area...like if you were in line to get tickets to a hot rock concert, every one in line is in "queue"...

If you send a bunch of documents to your printer, everything waiting to be printed is in "queue", and I believe it is pronounced kew sort of...I think...maybe

I do all my own stunts...

I tried Pixrsizer. It's simple enough. The way I used to do it was email myself the pictures I wanted smaller and then save them. That works too.

I just use MS paint to resize my pics. under the "Image" selection is a "Stretch/Skew" option. I just set it to say 50% and boom my pic is half the size. Of course what format you save in also makes a big difference. Usually I will save it as a .gif for a smaller size.

I should know this stuff better.

That worked for me tybme. Thank you very much and a Thank you to the rest that replyed.

Now,,,,,,,if you guys are daring enough,,you can see my goofy mug in the gallery. I'm still not sure exactly what I'm doing, but for a "KEYWORD" I submitted : Having a Blast, I guess thats to help find a specific photo.

Thanks again
