I am greatly relieved to hear what Hush Puppies are, although the ones stuffed with peppers sound like I would be "greatly relieved" if I ate them!!!!

I am definitely gonna be there with Ruaidh at the table, helping myself to large portions of pecan pie, though I am also not quite sure it is worth a 7 hour flight..... Oooops!!! I forgot..... I have to fly atleast that long to get to it!!!

OK, venting again. Got a voice-mail from the property manager that oversees the place we're renting. Owners are selling and I have to be out by April 15. We've been looking at houses, but there's no way we can get through the purchase process in 30 days and there's not much I like about having to move twice one right after another.

We'll get through it, but this really chaps my hide.

Is there no way of buying the place you are in, or is that not suitable Ruaidh.

There's a possibility, but the reason we've been looking is that Rodent wants a different place. So the answer is really, no possibility unless we buy it but Rodent doesn't want this one.

She is looking for something a little more amenable to her torch work and building a bigger for her kilns and "stuff". We're both kind of tool-sluts so it's to benefit both of us really. I was just hoping for a little more time to find some earnest money and find the house that meets both of our requirements.

Like the song said, "Maybe things will get a little better in the morning."

Well hard as it might seem right now and a pain to have to move so suddenly, if the place you are in now doesn't suit then it will pay off in the long run and you are in and settled in a suitable house. All the difficulties will then seem so much less and you will be the happier for it.

Hang in there mate, I am sure the Rodent will sniff out the right one for you in the end.

Pete
