i was at a place called the mission, donating some clothes for a friend when i fell in love with this beautiful bike.

it was a 1500 goldwing with wood grain trim. i found the man that owned it as he was volunteering his help and we started talking and told me about this site.

and i've been here ever since. and not planning on going to any others.

i love this site, the people, and the goldwings.

thank everyone for being here, for me

the sad part is, i don't even remember the mans name. but if he reads this.

looking for a nice 1500, that i can afford

I had just bought a GW and ran into some problems with it. Got on the ol puter and Googled up this site. Been here ever since and am not leaving.

Have met several interesting people from here both at Calhoun and whilst in Florida.

Everytime I stop and talk to a Winger anywhere, I mention this site as a wealth of knowledge and expertise to those that may require help.

I love the idea that we are like a big large International family with " Diplomats " and all. I also like the Fancy crests from Over the Pond on the Avatar's

I now have my own fancy Steve Saunders fancy patch in yellow to wear on my vest. Thankyou "Patch".

We own a 2007 Goldwing with 65,000 KM ( 39,000 Mi. ) on it.

The best part about owning a wing is you know what your next bike is going to be. ( We know, we just bought our 3rd Goldwing )

I have had Goldwings for a long time and had used/read this forum for a couple of years. I do not remember how I found it, probably just be surfing around for info. I was never inclined before to participate in a forum. When I finally did join this forum a mere few months ago, I find I cannot shut up now.

I never met a Goldwing I did not like.

Had a computer and searching was new to me,did not know about google.

Knew even less about Goldwings but had m/c license for 30 years. I learned more about the Goldwing here Than I ever would have on my own.

Thanks to all for this great site! BTW,still learning about Goldwings and computers.

I hit upon the site after returning from North Carolina with my '84 Aapy. Bought her on Ebay and when I got back to Panama City Beach I found out that the local Honda dealer would not work on 'Wings over 10 years old.

Came home, hit Google and the rest is history. Like many others before me, I have no idea what I would have done had I not found the forum.
