Christmas Raffle 2012

It is Christmas raffle time again folks. Starting a couple of weeks later this year as we had a lot of work to do with the conversion of the forum to the new format. The upside is that the shorter run-up to the raffle should see less entrants, and a better chance of a prize for everyone whose name goes into the draw.

This is our fifth free goldwingfacts.com Christmas raffle and for 2012 we have some very nice prizes once again, from several very generous vendors and forum members.

IMPORTANT: Before reading further, please note that there is only one rule ....YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10 POSTS MADE (since you joined the forum) BEFORE WE STOP ACCEPTING ENTRIES AT MIDNIGHT GMT ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 21st. FOR YOUR ENTRY TO BE ACCEPTED!
To enter you name for the raffle, justpost ONCE in this thread. Do not post elsewhere, do not send me a PM or an email. You must post your entry here just once and in this thread only.

The raffle will be held as usual on the last Sunday before Christmas, which this year falls on December 23rd. The winners names will be pulled from the hat/helmet around midday GMT in Eddie Rockets, South Anne Street Dublin and we will try to get a video of the draw like we did in previous years. I want to publicly thank all those who despite a tough year economically, donated prizes to this years raffle and by doing so helped me to give something back to the Goldwing community once again.These include Bob at Utopia Backrests, Gary at Cyclemax, Bill at Butler Maps, Wayne from Sierra. Thanks also to our own UBarw for his fine Goldwing patches. Don't forget to return the vendors support by visiting their web sites. Without them, this wouldn't be possible. Clicking on the pictures of their donated prizes will take you to their web sites.

I must add here that in addition to the great prizes below, we also had prizes offered by some of the vendors who advertise with motorcycle.com, which we decided to keep for next years forum Meet & Greet in Canada.

Now for the Goodies! This years prizes are;

A Utopia Backrest from Bob at Utopia Products!

Value approximately $179. Bob will also cover shipping costs to the winner. Thanks once again Bob for your continued support and generosity towards our Goldwing community. You can see Bob's range of backrests at www.utpr.com

From Sierra Electronics; 2 $50 prize vouchers!

Thanks to Wayne from Sierra for these prizes and for his support once again. Wayne will cover shipping costs of whatever prizes the winners use their vouchers for. Thanks again Wayne. Sierra are at www.sierra-mc.com

2 Ball Caps
1 Cyclemax T-Shirt (Large)
1 Cyclemax T-Shirt (White, Large)
1 Flagpole Antenna Mount
2 Black Goldwing T-Shirts (Medium)

Thanks very much Gary for your support with all our Christmas Raffles. Gary's web site is at www.cyclemax.com

From our own UBarW (Richard) we have;

3 Bearing Buddy Kits (trailer wheel bearing protectors)

Two are sized for 1.98", and only 1 for 1.78".

Also from UBarW we have some of his fine Goldwing Nut Patches;

From Butler Maps we have;

A Master Collection Map Set, value $125!

Bill will cover shipping costs to the lucky winner of the maps set. Butler Maps are at www.butlermaps.com

If this is your first time to enter a goldwingfacts.com Christmas Raffle, have a look at the Raffle threads from some previous years;

That's it folks. Good luck to you all!
