My SA from the 20+ years of military still have not left me. And I retired from mil service in '92.

If I have to say "excuse me" they see the look of annoyance on my face too.

When I am in the grocery store and there are people blocking the isle,,, I either get right up to them and ask if y'all are finished,,, I would like to get the F*** through... Some get pissed but that is there problem...

As far as SA,,, as a retired Green Beret,,, you learn fast,,, or die trying... 9 tours in Nam,,, I still have it...

Even people that do something dumb, like block an aisle with a grocery cart, don't deserve that kind of language or abuse from anyone especially strangers. It's not much but it is my $0.02.

I posted this partly in frustration but partly in concern over our future. If the parents are dense how can they teach their children to be aware. Who is going to look after little darling when mom and pop are gone?

It seems to be a forgotten lesson taught to me by my parents to be aware of other people and how you behave in public. Manners and courtesy have become passe and PC has taken its place. PC really isn't worth the air it takes to speak it. Unless your attitude has changed internally it all remains the same. While I'm unloading someone tell me how you bully someone online? I just don't get that.

Everyone of us have done the opposite. relax. try a little tolerance. try this: stop judging others. see how long you last.

Last thing: Stay in the moment.
