i would like to know what the actual vertical angle is.

obviously if it were not in a tight 'Vee' formation, that would be impossible.

still, that driver has a big set of brass ones

It looks like the rear is steering and it might not be related to the front

I make sense all the time. The problem is you only listen intermittently

I just put that up on my big monitor full screen, and yes, the rear tires are also steer tires, it is really obvious if you watch the last 10 seconds really close while watching only the left rear tire.
