That's a good question. If I'm reading BikeBandit correctly, it looks as though that part has been discontinued. I recently rebuilt my forks and I used a 2 1/2 inch diameter, 2ft long piece of PVC pipe to seat my fork seals. I forget what the pipe cost me. It was something cheap like $2-$4. More importantly, it was extremely easy and effective.
I put the bushing, backing ring and seal on the fork. I then inserted the fork into the slider and screwed in the bolt on the bottom of the slider. The PVC pipe slid over the fork and came to rest on the seal. I used a mallet to pound on the other end of the pipe and kept hitting it until the seal was seated. I didn't take much effort at all.
