My 1200 ate a valve in the number 4 cylinder on the way to work today and is now dead. It was a painfull death and I am in mourning.

Any day above ground is a good day.

You certainly have my sympathy... WHY!?!?!... OH GOD, WHY?!?!?!?...
So, now what? Have you done a damage assessment, or is it totally a goner? Will you get another engine? The suspense is killing me!!!

Well it is one less piece because "My 1200 ate a valve in the number 4 cylinder on the way to work today and is now dead."

I will try to find an engine I can afford but since the 1984 is the ******* step child of Goldwings it may not be easy.

Any day above ground is a good day.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - - body thoroughly used up, screaming WOOHOO!! what a ride!!
