No police report? What about neck & back injuries?

What is the law in Canada for choking a small, yappy, dog?

Glad you are both OK.

That sucks. Surely she must have had to stay at least until the police took the info and made a report.

Some people are unbelievable. Stuff like that just p*sses me off. I'm sure she left in a hurry because she had something important to do like get her dog's hair cut.

Your injuries don't sound too severe right now but watch them close.

I hope all turns out well in the end.

police out here do not attend minor vehicle accidents!! Only if they are impeding traffic...... Guess its too far from Timmies' (donut shop) Or their tazers!!!1

RCMP has a policy of shoot first here so I's rather not disturb them anyway!!!

If they were shooting the yappy dog, or it's inconsiderate owner, then I wouldn't mind. Hope you both get to feeling better, and glad it wasn't worse.

Glad to hear you are still walking & riding! Start keeping a note book of time off work for administration like getting the bike fixed, going to the doc etc. Let I.C.B.C. know that a lil hand out isnt going to wash! Let them know that you have no issues with getting legal council for this claim if they try to low ball you. & dont forget that your bike just lost re sale value as a result of this collision which is a loss that they must compensate you for! If you shoot for the moon, you should at least get the outer atmosphere. Good luck & keep us posted!

If ya cant fix it with a hammer, it's prolly lectrical

Sorry to hear about you and your lady being rammed ccsailor! Damn idiots on the road need their butts kicked sometimes. I see morons driving with those midget dogs on their laps between them and the steering wheel just about every day. When stopped beside one last year I asked him how he'd like a bunch of dog guts all over him when he got hit. The guy got irate so I just wished him to have a good day. Stupid SOB.

I hope you can get your bike fixed soon being as this is the best part of the year for riding.
