I ordered a replacement alternator for my bike from these guys on the 2nd September, they eventually took the money out of the bank 12 days agao and I still have no alternator.

They don't answer emails sent to them, and I have sent to two different email address's, If I phone from hear their telephone system invariably cuts me off, some stupid automated system.

I have to admit that although their prices are good, for an essential item I would not use them again.. Their customer service sucks big time..

Sorry that your experience has been so bad, I've ordered quite a bit from them in the last few years, sometimes the shipping is slow, that unfortunately is probably the only thing to me that is bad, but I've always got what I've ordered in about 2 weeks or less. if they took the money out of the cc on the 23rd, then that means more than likely it has been shipped. Now, you have to wait on customs, and all that bull, plus, they probably shipped it by canoe across the big pond. Just hang in there my friend.

I have to second Tanygaer. I placed a order with Honda Direct Line and it took about 6 weeks for the stuff to arrive and things i bought from CYCLEMAX arrived two weeks later.I went to a local Honda CAR/Bike dealership and the parts i ordered was ready for collection 8 working days later. On top of everything Honda Direct Line shipping cost was more than double the other suppliers.

Problem with Honda direct line is ,they have all the bits on their website ,but not all in stock and when you order they do not tell you if it is in stock or not ,I waited 5 months for rear lights for an 1800 from them 4 years ago ,But once the money has been taken ,then it has been shipped ,Should take around 7 to 10 days to the UK .

CYCLEMAXOHIO on the other hand only have in stock what iis on their website ,So if it is NOT on their website then they do not have it ready to go ...Much better system . Ciaran

Ain't that the truth!I hate going to their website, because almost every time I do, I find something to buy that I didn't really need. It is addictive!

Well I amgoing to complain to the credit card company that the goods have not turned up, and that The Company do not answer emails or telephone calls, and see about getting my money refunded.

The customer service, actually the NON EXISTANT customer service falls well short of what I believe can be achieved...

I would not, will not and cannot recommend this Company.

I ordered starter solenoids from them for my 1800 last year. They were slow in arriving and when I questioned by e-mail, I was advised that they were ordered and would be shipped when they got them. I recall that they took about 3 - 4 weeks and in the meantime, one of the American members bailed me out by buying them locally and shipping them to me.

The problem I had was that I was not made aware at the time of ordering that the parts were not in stock and there would be a delay.
