I put a set of LED fog lights on my gl 1200 today they are made by Pilot, I bought them at Pep Boys for $50.00. It has the web page of http://www.pilotautomotive.com/. on the box. I am super happy with them they are brighter than my Silver Star head light and put out so much light I could not believe my eyes. A pic is good for a thousand words right ?

Those are pretty neat Dusty. I just measured my 1500's turning lights and found they are pretty close to the size of those LED lights. It wouldn't take too much fabricating to replace the original cornering lightw with those LEDs. That would make some excellent running lights since both of the LEDs together would only pull half an amp. I'll have to look into this a bit more, thanks.

Hey Dusty,

Where and how did you mount them? I'm assuming they are mounted to the crash bars..Did the lights come with the hardware necessary for mounting...and what about the wiring...Did you have to mount a seperate switch?

Thanks
