I ordered some Torquemasters from Wingstuffa bit over6 weeks ago now and still have not received them.

The last couple of weeks I have called just for an update on my order, and each week they told me that they are back ordered

I understand these things happen, and I am a patient person.

I made my weekly call yesterday and was put on hold for several minutes..

The guy comes back on the phone and get this...he gives me the telephone number to Torquemaster, and tells me I need to call them

SO.......At this point I am getting a little "torqued". (sorry could not resist)

I call up Torquemaster and get an answering machine. (this is early morning 8am there time)

They never called me back.

I have ordered many other items from Wingstuff to date now and have gotten fast service with no problems.

Just thought I would "rant" a little here..........................because I can

I personally have not had any problems with Wingstuff, but others here seem to have. I can see where it can happen but no one like it when it happens to them. Keep smiling, it could be worse.

6 weeks is fairly long considering they are located in Cailifornia on your side of the U.S.

Hope you get the order soon.

I had an issue several years agowith WingStuff and Torquemaster. I bought Torquemaster pipes from WingStuffand there was a problem. They have a 'Long' and a 'Short' on their pipes. I needed the 'Longs' and I got one of each. I called Wingstuff and they referred me to Torquemaster. I called them and got a very nice guy who apologized and sent me the correct pipe and a prepaid sticker to return the incorrect one. I got the impression from talking to him the Torquemaster was a very small operation? I asked about the Silencers and he also sent them to me N/C to compensate for my problems. Overall I was satisfied with both WingStuff and Torquemaster.

Sometimes I will get a backorder from them. It usually takes 4-6 weeks, but most of the time I will receive my orders within a week

I have actually ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Wingstuff, my first order was a $2,700. order.

On another order one item was back ordered, (hard wire kit for a Sat. Radio from Electric Connections) I was told every week by Wingstuff that the item should be in soon.

After being told that for about three or fourweeks I decided to call the company my self, I was told that they had some problems with the product and it was discontinued, I would have been waiting for everif I just relied on Wingstuff word.

Another thing that happen with another order, a cigarette lighter for about $12.00 and another item (forget what it was but didnd't forget the amount)for about $73.00, they sent me only the $12.00 item and charged me shipping for both items.

I called them and was told the item was back ordered andit would ship free when it came in,three weeks later I cancel that item and demanded to talk to someone in charge.

Basically I was promised a free T shirt each time they screw up and never got them

I don't know, but if he does I hope he reads these posts and alerts "Rick" the owner.

I just though of another T shirt promise I didn't get from them, one time I alerted them (email) of another Gold Wing parts web site that had cheaper prices on quite a few items, Rick call me the next day, thankedme and said he would send me a T shirt, never got it.

$12.00 for a cigarette? Man, that's even higher than here in AZ.

If you want, Walter, I can send you a whole pack for $25.

Why ain't we ridin'?

It was a Cuban cigarette, hand rolled.
