My 8 year old grandson phoned me today. He wanted to have a ride on Grand dad's goldwing. Wonderful afternoon with my little man.

I attempted to put on some chrome carb covers that came Friday. Managed to drop one of the screws and now can't find. Will see if HD has a 4x14 screw to replace it with. While looking for the screw I found the rubber plug that I lost last week. Maybe next week I'll mess something else up and find my screw.

I tried that to no avail. Got some 4x14 stainless screws at HD for about $.43 each. Think I have a leaking fork seal now.

After painting lopeha's fairing,I got to thinking of my paint scheme on my bike. Finally decided on a bright yellow, with candy red fogging accents.
I plan on putting flake in the clear.
If the weather holds, Iwant to shoot a few test plates,to see how it looks.
So, I went to the storage unit, and got all my painting equipment,,and paints, and checked them all.

Expect the unexpected. But don't expect the unexpected to be the unexpected you expected !

I mounted a new front Shinko tire and added a third brake light.
