Got up early and did some parking lot practice. I was laid up in the hospital last summer and recovery took awhile so didn't get to ride very much.

Later did little wing maintainance. Oil/filter change . Switching oils and trying out Mobil 1 10w-40 synthetic. Installed a new magnetic drain plug. Put a little stabil 360 in the tank. And installed a new flag this time with blue loctite. Gave my bike a much needed washing.

Changed my oil and filter, and differential oil changed. Gave it a good washing as well. She thanked me afterwards.

The daughter and I hauled the Hunley to Piney Flats TN for the East Tennessee Showdown. Was awarded the F-n Bomb trophy. I think that's good?

Rebuilt the rear master cylinder, and replaced the rear brake hose with a new braided stainless one that my daughter bought me for father's day.

Trying to get it and myself ready to ride again!

I replaced the solenoid and starter this week, and got the bike running!

I still have some tuning up to do, and I'm going to replace the belts, but we're on the way!

Made new bushings for the clutch and brake levers plus a different shifter brace from brass that I like better then the first one I made. Now I don't have to push the clutch lever forward to have the cruise to engage. 1500A

I went for a couple of test rides today. First time in almost 4 years!

The bike did pretty good, but won't stay running under 2k rpms. I still have work to do.

I safety-wired my side covers on so I don't have another "episode". Also, I attached the seat more securely. And, I got it titled in my name and got a license plate on it. So far, so good.
