Yesterday i picked up a motorcycle accident , car turned in front of a HD ultra . I know the guy who was riding the bike . He was sent 60 miles south to another hospital for a broken neck .

Gets down to the other hospital and they check the x rays . Tell him he had a broken neck years ago , the fracture was a multi year old fracture and these vet meds up here couldnt tell the difference . Ultimately his injuries were pretty minor it turns out .

But the way , we have a brand new hospital about 5 years ago , they just cant find actual doctors to put in it

Fortunately for me, I was in a great little hospital when I had my accident. Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville Arkansas treated me the best of any hospital I've ever been in. I just can't say anything bad about the care I recieved while I was there.

A reminder - get a headlight modulator! The most common fatal accident type for bikes is an oncoming car turning left in front of you. A modulator really gets you noticed.

Unfortunately the thing that passes most for a hospital near us is rife with problems. Losing their Medicare status, CEO posting sudden resignation, etc.

I feel lucky I've survived the few trips in/out with my life.

My name is Rusty. I'm an enthusiast of things that ride, drive and fly.
