I'd be a little skeptical about the information on that site. Someone listed a Casey's General Store in Ottawa, KS as having 89 octane that was ethanol free. If it is, it's the only Casey's I've seen like that.
On my wife's truck, I have a programmer that I use to step up the performance during her horse season when she's pulling the trailer a bunch. When I do this, she has to move up to at least 89 octane gas as it will tend to ping a bit on 87. We've bought a lot of gas at Casey's and I've never seen one that didn't have ethanol in their 89 octane gas.
Moral of story -- if not using ethanol is really important to you, don't accept what's listed on that site as Gospel.
