The spider part is true no doubt..
Got bit like 2 hrs. after we left last weekend.
Not sure exactly what it was, but bit me behind the knee..
And it did not come out of mid air...

True about the bird nest. I left my garage door open one morning and a bird built a nest in about 2 hours on the trunk of my GL1200.
