I have not read my owners manual for my 2012 GW yet and I haven't explored all the features the bike has to offer either. However, I just realized that I don't even know if the GW came with a factory "tool kit" or not? If it didn't, that is fine but if it did, can someone tell me where it is located? OMG, I feel so stupid right now.

As I recall .... in the case of 1800s .... that would be "NOT".

Maybe I'm wrong?

Don't know about the newer models. 2007 has a tool bag strapped to the inner rear of the left saddle bag.

Same with my '02. I was disappointed when I saw it for the first time. I was used to the fancy tool kit in my 1500 and then I get this little bag that looks like what comes on a $3500 bike.

I'm still thinking of putting my tool kit from the 1500 in my 1800.

I have a 2012 Level II....NO TOOL KIT. Course with me it would make any difference if the damn thing came with $3,000 worth of snap-on-tools. I am dumber than a bag of snot when it comes to wrenching!!

Well now I don't feel so bad. I have already put a small tool kit in one of the saddle bags just in case. Thanks for the info everyone.
