Have you seen all the hi-tech helmets?

I've noticed a lot of the new hi-tech helmets popping up on the net like the ones below. What do you all think?

I like the new technology with helmets. They should be able to provide a better situational awareness. Have a feeling that it would be pretty expensive at first. I'm a big fan of Arai and Shoei helmets so I'd probably be waiting a long time before either of those start making the high tech helmets.

Yeah, that was probably the reaction the first time drivers encountered the Rear View Mirror.

I wouldn't mind the speed being displayed in the visor.

The reviews I have read about their quality have a lot to be desired. I am excited about this kind of tech and I am sure it will become more prevalent, just waiting for better manufacturers to produce something like this.

I ride to leave that stuff behind, not to embrace it while I ride. Cruise Control and tunes blaring and I am good. Never used a map or G P S to go coast to coast.
I do not believe I am important enough to have to be reached at any given moment. A " smart helmet " to me is one that is visible through dark tinted windows, make mine white.

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lots of things. You've been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. Its having the right attitudes that's hard.
