Unhappy Rhino Down - Scott & Jeannette, Forum Member: MechTech1

This is a copy of Flyone's post on Facebook. I thought he was going to place it here, but I'm sure he is just stunned beyond belief.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Rhinos Down. On the way to Flyfest, around Ft. Smith, AR .....a car pulled out in front of Scott Mechtech1, his wife Jeanette, Rex Cameron was behind them. Scott had no where to go but into the car.
Rex got his bike stopped in time. Scott has left arm injuries with bones through the skin.
Jeanette was critical at the scene. She was airlifted to the hospital and Scott was taken by ambulance. Rex is with them and has reported back to me that Jeanette didn't make it because of massive blood loss at the scene. I'm am stunned....Please keep Scott and the family in your prayers.
Please keep Rex Cameron in your prayers as well and he witness the accident and held Jeanette's hand until medical arrived. He is a true friend and Rhino staying with Scott at the hospital during this whole tragedy and helping Scott with getting their belongings and other things.
Scott has been airlifted to Springfield, MO for immediate surgery on his arm.
If you know Scott and Jeanette, you know they were wearing their helmets and riding gear.
Jeff Shaw is heading to Ft. Smith to help Rex gather their belongings for Scott and Rex will be heading to Springfield tomorrow to be with Scott.
Thanks to all Rhinos and everyone who has volunteered to help, I'm sure Scott will need help and support later.
Will provide more information as it becomes available.
~ John
Scott was flown from Ft. Smith to Springfield, MO for surgery yesterday afternoon.
I received this as a text from Bill Ladigo:
Jeff Shaw is heading to Ft. Smith to help Rex gather their belongings for Scott and Rex will be heading to Springfield tomorrow to be with Scott.
Thanks to all Rhinos and everyone who has volunteered to help, I'm sure Scott will need help and support later.
Thanks John.....you are correct. I am stunned and forgot to post it on the forum here.
I do not know the results of the surgery for Scott yet but will advise as soon as I hear anything.
None of us are going to be nearly as stunned as Scott himself and their children, and parents.
He is not going to be able to have a quiet thought in his head for a very long time making it difficult for the injuries to heal up after the surgery.
For those of you near enough to visit Scott, please make a lot of effort to go see him. he is going to need a lot of comfort, for a long time.
Does anyone know which hospital he is in?
Google shows a lot of hospitals in that area.
