Gas Prices

I heard this morning that gas prices are going up due to the "summer blend" of gas. WTF is this about? Have I missed something? Should I dump out all of my "Winter" gas and replace it with "summer" gas?

Summer and winter blend gas is an excuse the oil companies use to raise prices. Memorial day is just around the corner. Gas prices always go up and just another supply demand myth. Greedy oil companies looking for a way to get bigger profit!

the blends don't change for the seasons, that is a crock of BS.
the blends have to meet spec, and the specs don't change.

supply and demand change the prices, more family vacationers throwing coins at the fuel pumps.
