well the ST 1100 was sold and the 750F may be sold too! did a little riding on the GSA last week before the bottom fell out of the weather, got a chance to ride on some wet grass and hard packed dirt

The windscreen on that bike seems to be pretty low.
how much wind in your face do you get?

also, it appears to have a 'lean forward' body stance for seating?

the crotch rocket type bikes make my back hurt really bad.
that is why I got rid of my ST-1100, a bike that is very nice on the twisties, but is not tour friendly to me.

@AZgl1800 . If you had a ST 1100 in the past, check the Honda CTX 1300, it has the same drive train as the ST 1300, and many previous owners of the ST model bikes are owning a CTX 1300. Has a lot more Upright riding position, and comes at 740lbs. I have one . I love it and is my main ride. A pictures next to the BMW 1200GS and the GL 1500.

that CTX 1300 being 200# lighter ought to make it a fun bike to ride.

doubt I will ever be able to afford to get a different bike,
suspect the '02 1800 is my last purchase....
and when I climb off for the last time, it goes to my son.

my GSA has bar risers so i'm sitting almost straight up. the air comes off the windshield and will push rain off my face shield

if I was in your position of only having one bike it would be the Mighty ST 1300, honda de-tuned the motor for the ctx 1300 though the seating position may be better but giving up more power and the 7.7 gallon fuel tank would be hard to do for me

Does the GSA like speed over 80 mph,my RS 1100 really liked over 80 but a tad of possible visit from the Texas DPS.
Unlike my ST1100, it was happy at any speed, way over 100 was as stable as below, the tone of the motor never changed all the way to max speed.
Miss it a lot but like John,it got to hurt my back after a long ride.

Love chasing white lines but they are difficult to catch.Hate drivers with no STOPLIGHTS.
