bobaloo took your advice and had pistol pete rebuild the carbs.
found broken return cable now having trouble getting em hooked
up on the carb?? any pictures??

ok got a lot put back together. i was going to flush out the fuel pump
but i can not get gas to flow out the pump??? any help??? or ideas??
pet **** open new filter on the right way, gas in filter but not pumping
through???

I think you beginning to see value in what you've invested , as you have posted a sentry to keep guard
You might want to use a small container of gasoline to at least get the bike running . Just fix it up on gravity feed . If the bike starts up then the mechanical pump may begin to work , so be sure to put its outgoing line into a catch container.

The check valves in the pump may be stuck. A little pressure may pop them loose.

thanks guys. hooked it up to over head gas. started right up.
i should thank pistol pete. ran it sever minnutes tapping on
fuel pump many times nothing?? looks like i need a new fuel pump.
