Stealing Harley’s can be a lucrative crime because there are many individuals willing to pay for stolen Harley bikes. Relatively few are willing to pay for stolen Goldwings. I hope it stays that way.

The only reason I remove the keys from my '91 is to prevent someone from stealing my toolbag or helmet. Or to prevent a prankster from stealing the key. It's hard to imagine a scenario where someone would want to steal a 1991 Goldwing.

Garage
due to the way my GPS is mounted, it is inline with the handgrips.

I leave the key in, set the helmet over the key and it rests against the GPS.

I throw my coat over the windshield and dash.
I have never seen my coat messed with.

If I am going to leave it for a bit, I throw the half cover over it.

If it will be alone all day, I pull the key.
