GL 1200 Aspencade SE-i

I just got me an other Goldwing and i wonder if any can tell me how many was build. I got one California modell. I know that the 85' LTD it was made ONLY 5372 ex. And both was made for US, later some has been exported.

The 1986 was also built in a limited number, I believe it was in the range of 5000 bikes.

The '85 LTD was sold North American wide, the '86 SE-i was only sold in the US.

Was there not a 49 state version of each, and then a California version of each, with differences?

On the '85 Ltd Ed, Yes! When I changed out the fuel tank on mine when I first got her running, the replacement tank had a diagram on the tanks side showing the vacuum line layout for the California model... On the SEi I don't know but I would suspect it's the same...
