Hi Guys, I am going to sell my GL1200 to make room for new blood. most know the bike from my posts. New Windshield, timing belts, electrical system, hoses, faring, and much more. I will post a photo asap. need to make room for a new custom so the wing looses. 2000.00 US before snow and will be 2800.00 in the spring. Always interested in unusual trades.

Thanks

Nick

now that is a good deal nickpipe - need to bump this back up there cause we all know it has been well taken care of and you have just spent a whole lot of time on her. What's that work out to - about 10 cents an hour

Thanks Don, I have always felt that it is the journey that is life not the destination. I think she will make someone a troublefree bike for quite some time. I realy enjoyed playing with another type of motorcycle. I have learned a lot and met quite a few new friends. For an old harley guy every one of the guys didn't understand why I bought it. Simply... Stop Learning Stop Living. I will focus on building another custom V-twin. Going to try the new twin cam motors. Havn't busted the cases on one yet but soon . Another Journey!

nickpipe - it has taken me 47 years to finally figure it out, but you are so correct. I have always been interested in the destination - just recently figured out it is the journey that counts, not the destination. Guess I should have been paying more attention to all of those songs I listened to.

I'm still waiting to see the pictures of the bike with all those parts I sent installed.

Send me some pictures if you have them handy.

Man, I sure love to find a way to make that work out.
I've been looking for a second 'loaner' bike to use when I'm doing work on the 1500 and my brother could use it as well.

The distance to you and the storage space is my problem right now. I'm not storing it outside, that's for sure.

Yeah, I could do some sight seeing.
How's Mt. Washington in December?
