Lopeha added on removable side ramps so that there is added room for your feet to just ride up on it, also to easily "store" your tools while working on the bike.

I find it much easier to just let DaveO430 do the work for me

send a PM to 'Lopeha',

that is the one that I like, it is strong, and wide enough to let you work safe.

I have one I'd sell cheaper than 299. It has never had a bike on it but it does work. Any interest PM me. Central AR. local.

I find I am doing that a lot more these days, living in a rural area means that I have to drive a long ways to even find an HF store.

Have had mine for almost a decade & still works fine! Had my 1800 onit a couple of weeks ago. By all means add outriggers to both sides as the platform is narrow with a touring bike on it. I welded so esquare stock on the bottom of the platform then put some smaller square stock on some 2x10's. Wish I would've made the lfet side outrigger a bit longer for the side stand to rest on. Will post pics of when I get home on Friday.

That is a great price! Love my Handy B O B lift, with front, side extensions, vise for tire, & a rear panel pulls out for rear tire change, it's stable enough to ride onto, with lots of room to work with your tools, bought years ago, it b4 the one at harbor was ever in the store. Could have made the one from harbor work out for a lot less cash, but have found it very hard not to still love that Handy lift, the way it's over built, it is a heavy weight, makes it a pleasure to use. The only fly in the ointment is they now have the front panel that drops, always something new, but my fat jack will raise it enough so that's not a problem, with home made roller stand for it to pull the motors out for stator exchanges, the choke cable is never disconnected as there's more than enough room the table is that big.
