AIR CONDITIONING on your Wing. NO JOKE

Hello,
Call me "Frugal FM".

I had a problem on long distant riding.
Tush was getting numb from the bikes seat and lack of padding.
I looked online for relief and what I found was REALLY REALLY expensive. $80 to $190 !?
Even those GEL seat cushions were too costly at $40 to $100 !
OH NO! Not for this dude.
I made one from a $6.00 bicycle inner tube and just pennies worth of electrical tape.
YUP, I be that guy.

Now I'm hearing how HOT it is riding in our Global Warming era.
OK, how to fix this problem,.... hummmm.... GOT IT!!!
Now you can have rather inexpensive A/C for your WING.
NO moving parts!
NO drippy water mess to contend with.
NO water lines from a cooler on the hitch to detach and get in the way.
Quick refills whenever you need it.
TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE YOU SAY?

This I might try. Looks promising.

I wonder if a little 12 volt PC fan will be enough to move air around?

I see the dials, but there is nothing to indicate which one cools it down and which one heats it up.
