I do think they should split out the nav/ABS. ABS should be standard on all 'Wings. BMW has it on just about all their bikes. I'd like an 1800 with ABS but have no use for a built in nav system. At the price of the things I'd prefer a portable GPS so I could use it in all my vehicles. The way they are improving them I wouldn't want one in a bike that would soon be obsolete. I'd want to be able to update the POI files from my computer too.

My own dislike of the '06 colors is the reason I went with an '02.

I think maybe Honda was looking at Mercedes when they came up with the new colors... Sorry Honda, bike riders want quality and flashy looks ! If I buy a new Wing now, I guess I'll get black. At least chrome and bright accent paint will look good on it. Wake up guys...

i repainted my 87 aspy when i bought it, it still had the original paint black and grey but the paint was real faded and pealing in some places. so i went back with the same paint sceme but black and metalic purple. i t draws alot of attention. i also installed purple signal lights on the mirrors and am going to ad a purple body lighting kit. it should look sharp.

It's kind of cool to have a trick custom paint job on a bike. I get a lot of attention with mine even though it's 18 years old.

People have seen production painted bikes too long to get excited over another one just like it.

Mine does not have a lot of eagles and scenics, just a nice metallic off-wineberry with some really nice 3-d marbling in the panels and just a touch of gold leaf imbedded in the clearcoat without being gawdy or overbearing.

Suits me anyway. And apparently a lot of onlookers as well.

If I had an 1800, I'd wait for the warranty to expire and then strip and paint everything custom. Trailer to match of course. I want my bikes to reflect what I like not the manufacturer's engineers and marketing teams views on it.

Looks like this is the only suggestion that Honda listened to for 2007, and I'm not too excited by the colors they released. I've noticed also that the Comfort (most popular for 2006) Level 2 is NOT listed as a 2007 model!

I have just been told by my Honda dealer that the 2007 1800 I will be getting in October is to be the Dark metallic blue, premium audio model,(no choice of colour or model down here I'm afraid). Iagree that the colours are a bit bland. I will be trading in my 2005 Dark cherry red model,(bland). I stillthink that the '93 Candy apple red Interstate I had was an awesome colour, but at least the latest models have metallic paint.
