I think they should introduce hinged side panels on all future wings ,,How many times have we seen the adverts for side panels wanted ??? Most people have lost a side panel at some stage or other ,,So why cant they be hinged ?? That way they stay on the bike ,,,,,,,I know in previous posts it has been suggested to make them with fastner type of tabs ,But I think that hinged would be better ,,

The DOHC CB750's have problems with this sort of thing. The custom is very bad from my memory and the solution is . . . new sidecover gromets.

Mind you, I know everything about nothing and nothing about everything.

The hinged side panelsis a great idea and actually get to the battery cables?????
