That is one thing I don't like if you going down a dark road or highway and someone in a car or truck and have to stop you want to be seen.

There are a great many of us that feel the 2012 model was rushed into existance to make up for the lost revenue during the move to Japan. I personally feel it was a botched job. Which is sad as I do really care for the future of Honda and the Goldwing heritage. Lets just hope they come to their senses soon and release a "real" upgrade to the Goldwing family.

Put about a million red LED's on the back LOL. That is what I did. Upgraded my tail lights to LED, added an LED strip to the outer edge of my trailer hitch, and the best part, is a small dash warning red/red LED I had during the fire dept days. Took the flasher off and mounted it under the trunk. It now serves as a VERY bright brake light. I can tell you people see it....and see it well.

I'm for a American Goldwing but getting someone to fund the money for R&D don't use a v-twin there are thousands of engine concepts out there and engines out there if someone would just take a moment and look. Make the next Wing liter and more nimble do we really need air bags on a bike? And Sat nav what happened to reading a map have we got so lazy that we can't read a simple road map come on America
I put a GPS on my Wing (not built in) but it was not laziness, they are just fun to use, like many techological items. I can still use a map, and sometimes still do because the GPS can be wrong.

Don't get rid of your maps, just in case they stop making them like the typewriter.

Honda will never come back to the U.S. We are no longer the power in the world, or the money. Once they start cutting back on the Military in the U.S. it will be like pulling the plug on the bathtub. Until Americans step up and try to stop the train, it is coming either way.

The problem there isn't anyone in the Government that has any balls and say no to all this spending and do away to NAFTA we might as well start learning how to speak Chinese they own us and ride mopeds and bikes.
OH but they sure got the kahoonahs to say YES!
. . . and THAT is the problem, there allyes-men.

Is it time to pull out the Treason papers?
That sure sounds like a movie title like "The Valachi Papers".
I'm with you on this one. They are spending way too much and their answer to our outcry of this is to cut back only 2 billion a year when we are spending trillions a year.

There really is nothing like riding on a wing.

Total Bike Miles: 106,000+ wing miles and counting.
