Barry , the body looks sweet sitting there . Did you solve the rear shock issue ? The newest photo seems to show the upper mount has changed .

All you home trikers are making my welding hands itchy to pull the trigger on one of my 1500s .

im waiting for another stock spring, from a 1500 off ebay, im going to go with one either side, as there quite strong and if i need more because of the weight of the body and top box ,then i can add an air shock to each side too,

the top mounts have changed , there longer , as i move the axel backwards last night ,to sit in the centre of the body,im not to happy with them as there just temp, plan on makeing a stronger top mount and also fix the front of the diff and fix to the bottom ,

now i need to re-cut the axels again this body is 57" wide, there was a mix up somewhere , as i thought the skips body was 60" wide, so my axel is set at 59"wide,

but hey ,it keeps me busy,

If you've got fibreglassin to do,they do a resin that gives off alot less fumes when mixed with the hardner. It's what they use when using inside buildings, churches etc.The supplier gave me some to try when i did the exhaust lips on the lower rear spoiler.Boy was it alot more pleasant to work with.

IF your axle is wide could you not find a wheel with more offset instead of cutting all your axle parts a second time ? Perhaps a set of fender flares would be good solution as well . Maybe Skip could fab some up at less cost then the cutting . just some rambling thoughts

Wow, I think I've seen that somewhere before. Looking great. What a body can do. You still got your work to do, but that just makes it come together. But you need to knock out some walls and give yourself some more room
