By the time I get the bumper designed, built and installed I should have about an 1" to 1.5 past the tip.

LOL Plan "B" for for the form. Tried to form one and it didn't work. Took half the time and carved one out of foam. ready for glass and resin.

You guys that take on fiberglass work just amaze me . From nothing and some resin , a little glass cloth and you'lll soon have a body .

What do you think? I think I need to add more mesh in a few spots. First time glassing something this large.
