2004 CSC Escapade Packing Bearings?

Hi, I was packing my wheel bearings today on my 2004 CSC Escapade trailer today. Upon pulling the nuts off I noticed that the two washers that go behind the spindle nut was different in orientation than the other. For those of you that are familiar with the CSC Escapade I have a question; Could you tell me if the larger washer goes against the bearing with the smaller washer being behind the nut? I would think that the orientation would be as follows; bearing > large washer > small washer > spindle nut & pin. Please let me know for sure for those of you that's been there and done that....... I would sincerely appreciate it. Ray
