History First saw this bike in the late 1980's, when a "guy" I had sold my previous 1985 Honda VF750FF Interceptor to, bought this particular bike from another "guy", who imported it from the States. Then in the spring of 2015 I noticed an ad on Kijiji for a 1987 Honda VFR700F2 Interceptor. Upon calling the person selling the bike, I was told that the bike was "Sold" to the previous Owner. I was welcome to come look at it in case he backed out, as he put a condition on the sale. He never did buy it, because it needed work. So I was able to buy it. After removing the bank of carb's, cleaning them, reassembling, twice, due to a poorly placed diaphram rubber, it is now a really good bike! Sounds wonderful both at lower and higher speeds. At lower speeds you've got the Gear Driven Cams making their music, and at higher speeds, the Exhaust note is very "stirring"! It has "Supertrap" slip-ons installed and came with a Corbin seat. Other than that, it's a stock bike! Has about 27000 miles.
