This had a frozen engine, did not run, when I got it when running it over heated, fixed that, then went completely through the bike rebuilt basically every thing that could be rebuilt, short of spitting the engine case.
Modifications and Upgrades
Converted to Naked Bike
Exhaust: HD Sporter 1200 mufflers.
Removed all heat shielding from headers and painted Ultra High temp silver ceramic paint.
Rebuilt Heads & new Valve seals, New OEM Clutch Plates and springs, rebuilt advance unit & repaired diaphragm, new water pump, rebuilt Carb rack with randaak kit, Primed & Painted Engine Silver, Painted frame, Single carb conversion to Weber DFT32/32
Forks: rebuilt all seals and slider bushings, Fork Springs: Progressive springs, Rear Shocks were rebuilt OEM shocks, New Ricks Stator, rebuilt all Calipers & Brake Masters, Converted to GL1800 Rear brake Master, New tapered, all Balls stem head bearings,
Wheels and Tires
Dunlop E3 Tires
GL1500 MP08 Coils and Spark Plug wires, Converted: to ATO Main Fuse panel, added Relay before Main fuse panel, Converted: went from Dog Bone Fuse to 30 amp ATO style main fuse, Converted: to Ford F150 Starter Solenoid.
Cleaned all switches contacts inlud. Ignition, horn, light, turn signal, stop/run,
