I am loving the Harley more every time I ride. The ride is different than that of the Goldwing but for me it is a good different, all I can say is dont knock a Harley until you have road one.:dance:

The prep work is the key .Painted the seat on this bike 2 years ago looks good now.

Yes they will move freely , I used some WD40 and cleaned the slides and right after i did that the throttle response was better but as the WD40 ran through it seamed to go back to hesatating again.

After reading a post on hesitation I run my bike with the choke on a little and no hesitation. Does anyone have an idea on what to look for when I pull the carbs off.

I put about 120 miles on the bike and the pump helped but did not completley fix the problem,so do I pull the carbs and rebuild or what?:?

I installed a ac Delco E2485, it has a 2-5 Psi and a 25 gph so far it runs good with no hessitation after warm up. Will let you know how it goes.

I checked the OEM pump and it had 1.5 or less so I am replaceing it with an after market ac delco pump with 2-5 psi and 25 gph.
