I think I like the way doug has it with the top two lights flashing as long as the brakes are held on and the lower two staying on steady.... time to do a little rewiring.

I was just thinking that if they kept flashing 3x fast twice then once on for 3.5 seconds then start all over again as long as the brakes were held on that it might confuse someone behind me to think...

I just looked at the unit your after... You know what they say you get what you pay for be careful... Get one with text to speech.. that means it not only tells you when to turn it tells you the name...

I've decided to get the garmin C340 it isn't waterproof but Garmin says the vibrations won't hurt it I can easily swap it from the car to the wing. $379 at amazon.com

I did as suggested and pulled the tank, disconnected everything I could find from the tank back. No luck so I moved forward...... recently I had the cornering light bulbs on the right side replaced...
